So basically your 1million shares become 1,000 shares of Series NMC Preferred shares and 1,000 warrants. at no cost to you. You can then convert each preferred share into 500 shares of Rite common stock. No cost to you. So basically your 1million commons become 1/2 million common shares in rite....currently trading at about 1/2 a cent and dropping. The real winners are the folks that bought NMCX at .0001 range... would be good to audit that group.
Now your 1,000 warrants are basically worthless. Unless of course you are looking for a write off and want to gamble on a pump and dumper.

Good to know you got something that you can sell as soon as you get them transferred.... hopefully there will still be value when that happens - we know there will be a rush to sell and we also know that the bigger holders will get first swing to sell. IMO...this is why the price is steadily dropping while Rite mgmt is stalling the facts about the Skull Valley land lease.... It is basically worth only a decades long story ( as I am sure you kept hearing from NMC..about how rich investors will be ... year in and year out... and NMC never ever could prove any value ...and let the lease expire)
