All well and good, only AFFU has presented themselves as Holding Company. To best of my knowledge they have not changed that official industry designation. Seems to me if*** AFFU is no longer a holding company that is an extremely material event that AFFU hasn't formally disclosed in months if not years.
Yes it's all very nice that experienced investors here can state that that is going to happen but without AFFU formally disclosing that information publicly in good time. (10 business days is my understanding) I don't see where that public disclosure has happened. Yet MTI has had 51% ownership for gadzooks I don't recall how many months now!
So whether AFFU folds inwards into MTI or it semi-detaches to become another holding company for another business. The fact is that status has not been publicly disclosed yet. Also the timing of which could be long OVERDUE. I'm sure FINRA must be thinking the same thing. 🤔
