I see your point, but I don't believe in a band-aid approach - release now and litigate later. I am also sure with all the deals Trump has executed, he knows full well 80% of these corps for pennies was foul at best.

There are many small investors that lost their full retirement due to this fiasco, and I don't believe Trump is going to continue to hurt them.
