As of 2/26/26, the AS was 7b and the OS was 6.96b. Very little room for dilution unless they increased the AS. No recent Articles of Amendment have been filed in the state of Georgia to increase the A/S.
NO DILUTION! Why? CEO bought.a billion shares for himself over a.year ago. When we're flying higher I hope he does a reverse split. Im not selling a single share because I've done my dd and I know what I own!
The main thing is not by the company. This was an old pre RM issuance that became available, this has nothing to do with the company selling. That is why the update to otcmarkets.com in the last hour was so significant.
