hmmm, so for Wells Fargo as Trustee to avoid any 'change in control' issues for our assets under their management, could it be that released "beneficially owned" residual interests in the WMI trusts are getting exchanged for L shares ?

AZC, you cannot decipher the real meaning of Paladin because you are too self-centered. The well-funded Paladin means there is proof of assets coming back in at least one, but probably more, buckets of distributions. Otherwise, there would be no reason to fund, file, and open a new temporary three-year plan to hold potential assets, including all investors' personal information, including W9, SS numbers, WaMu investment choices and amounts, plus much more that was transferred to Paladin before officially closing WMILT and dissolving.

Thanks AZ I remember talking to US Bank years ago to no avail. I probably have forgotten quite a bit more than I remember about US Bank! But I’m still under the impression that the WM CMBSs are worth more than $19 per WM common!
