Yep... And today they PR the closing of the merger all while a huge part of the share structure and control are in question, and in court. I didn't see evidence that the special controlling share was ever submitted to the TA for transfer. It could be that Cooley still is the holder of that share on the TA ledger.
It's likely going to take a decision by the Delaware court to sort that out.
