Very fact-filled post, remember there are no free lunches and--at some point--after the WH pays off everybody they need to buy into their next "F&F housing scheme" (industry and Congress), it will come out of GSE efficiency and profit!

There are various theories about the lack of IPO/release announcements. I believe the legal settlement hasn't occurred as Lutnick predicted. It's no longer solely in Trump's control; legal teams must settle first. Congress is reportedly backing Trump, aiming to legitimize the F2 "theft" in light of the jury verdict. A settlement could happen before the March appeal.
