I agree. We need oversight agencies that are in place to protect the public not the corporations and those posing as business owners. The SEC only intervenes when a little guy is perceived to have manipulated their system. The SEC is just like HR. They're in place to protect the company and their biased laws in place to give cover to industry scammers. Do you wonder why the SEC is so lax on OTC penny stocks. In the Church hearings of the 70s, it was determined penny stocks were used to launder money for the intelligence agencies. Do you think anything has really changed?
