Gee your dumb. Why is it always the companies that lose money that complain? Let me know when they actually prosecute someone, not just threaten to.
A better question is, why don't you invest in good companies?
I've never heard of the stock you're ranting about, but a 5 minute search shows the insiders are dumping the stock. I'd start there
