When a company issues shares at a discount to " global institutions, the market EXPECTS ...and fairly so, to be able to purchase shares at a similar discount..hence the lower price.
A drop in price despite interest by global moguls should never be spun as a negative. It's a rational reaction by the marketplace and should be expected by smart traders as the opportunity that it is.
