Re: GUTSI will be the newest ‘healthier’ soda brand w the Q2 2026 release. Why is this significant? Well, you know how you have been seeing all these new healthier soda brands like Poppi, Olipop, Popwell, Bloom etc pop up here and there at your local grocery stores and seemingly everywhere else? Endcaps, racks, displays and new cooler placements….well what you may not know is that this is the trend of the entire beverage business: Gen Z and Millennial are turning to these brands like we did to Snapple and Sobe 30 years ago.

So below i will show you, as a pop sales/merchandiser myself for many years, why GUTSI is coming out at the perfect time and why it has a chance to be a big hit:


Poppi which is a ‘prebiotic healthier soda, like GUTSI is, just sold for 1.95/1.65 BILLION to Pepsi last year. Yes, thats right: ….now do you see what Wall Street thinks about hot new beverage brands? Because they are real world everyday consumed goods, beverage brands can lead to some of the most explosive valuations, money poured into them and stock moves that can, if the timing is right, rival biotechs.






Olipop …another prebiotic healthier drink like what GUTSI is……….wait though before i go on::: be honest — do YOU think this is a huuuuge brand? Have you ever heard of it? Or bought it? Well, it was just valued by Chase Bank and funded at a $1.85 BILLION dollar valuation -








NOW DO YOU SEE WHY IM SO BULLISH ON A 145 MIL OS and NOTHING FLOAT NEW MERGE VMHG WITH DUNN$GROUX and their coming GUTSI release? And i rarely use caps, sorry to be pumpy lol. But to my beverage mind, with THE bev OG new age (all these prebiotic and healthier drinks derive from Snapple success and new bev category it created and we have the guy that helped accomplish this!) guy like Bob Groux, already having this GUTSI brand ready to go this year, with in-house financing from Dunn Capital…..

Do YOU think, that ‘Wall Street’ and whales out there also know all the above waaaaaaaaay more then an Ape like me, and when they eventually find VMHG now that the merge has happened…..will they be interested in buying shares like us, before the launch of GUTSI? …because of what just happened to not just Olipop and Poppi but so many more of these new health soda brands in the last several years…huge valuations and money poured into them……(BUT GUTSI ALSO HAS A LINE OF BOTTLED WATER AND SPARKLING WATER ALONG WITH WHOLE LINE OF GUTSI SODAS!).

I think they will find VMHG. We can see how the pps is already holding up well, even after each of the spikes up.

Finally, what i like BEST about GUTSI is the name: I, like you, dont know what an lol Olipop or Poppi is - but i see a GUTSI in the store - ‘oh its one of those gut health brands, prebiotic …low sugar…healthier’ - and i buy it cause my wife tells me i should not buy Coke but buy brands like these now, lol.

GUTSI sales from Day One defines the entire gut health prebiotic new hot beverage segment BEST and MOST CLEARLY to the consumer…….so yes, i think we may start some kind of GUTSI Army by the time it rolls out. ‘GUTSI’ battlecry….and that is easy to tweet too. Right now just weeding out flips and below .02 shares. But when the beverage investors and powers that be finally find this, idk what will happen….but with all the above shown and billion dollar valuations, does even just a mere $50 million Market Cap for Dunn$Groux and GUTSI seem like much? …No, it doesnt. And thats .35 cents a share.
