That's out of AFFU's hands as Brito insists. FINRA gets the nod APPARENTLY ( or so it would seem) not AFFU according to Oscar Brito. Massive upside potential* all going clickety clack but anything can happen. Brito is also saying there will be no flip at least on this side of the conversion. Wait for a filing or a PR is my best advice.
So it sounds a lot like we are locked in until the uplisting is announced or thereabouts anyways. Anyone hoping to flip a three or four bagger out of this stock is too late. Again this is all according to Oscar Brito hints that aren't broad by any means.
Restructuring still incomplete as yet so to make a call like that is PURE speculation. Attaching any logic to an answer right now is basically bravado at best in my opinion. At least at this juncture. All I can see is we are close to finding out who these Generative AI and Agentic AI companies are that AFFU and MTI are courting.
The OS is 15B, they have billions more toxic notes to dilute out and stuck at no bid. They have to RS to get liquidity or drop $100K on it so it runs a bit. Won't be enough, back to no bid. $AFFU
