Reducing ERCF to 2.5% is a quick release move. It will end networth sweep and lead to Uplisting. SPS can be fought in court later once we are in nyse. This is a non-controversial move.
Indeed - that first part - SPS/LP deemed paid would at minimum double our PPS that minute
Up list to NYSE - as I have suggested before - requires the buyers of shares (and the exchange regulators) to know the number of outstanding shares expected - say over three years minimum and then a picture of the next say 7-17 years. I do not know how shares of Fannie can trade on the BIG BOARD - with the big boys - and people do not know what % of that profit going forward they are buying per share purchased.
