Either this or the ATM, at least we know the price and dilution (5mil shares) this way.
This has a different feel to it- a reason behind it. It was very obvious that there was
heavy institutional buying since the EC.Was this really about raising capital? I mean the
ATM worked fine except for the share price volatility, but that never seemed to bother
them in the past. Is there a deeper pocket entity that wants a larger stake? I'm, just
spit-balling cause this really doesn't make sense with what info we retail folks have...🤔
