Here is the link to the Series 2004-RS1 trust agreement. I’m sure I’m not adding anything new to this discussion, but I felt it wouldn’t hurt. To be honest, after all these years, I’ve given up trying to understand the nuances of this mess. However, I’m glad that you guys are on top of it. I’m hoping that sooner rather than later this will end, and I will never have to think about this again. My life is coming to an end; it seems faster and faster by the day, and I need to know if waiting all these years for a final outcome was worth it. I realize now that life is too short to worry about this nonsense, and I wish I could have that time back again. I realize that at the time this began (2008), I was much younger and, in retrospect, made a mistake investing in WMI which I take full responsibility for. I know that it’s too late for me; however, I understand now that wealth is not the amount of money you have or the number of possessions you have, but knowing that when moving into the ‘afterlife’ you can say that the time you had here was meaningful.
