I got through to the San Diago Court website. Had several errors pop up, could kinda go around them.

Hearing is still on the schedule, didn't see anything else new. other than last Receivers report posted 1/29/2026. I doubt very much any sale is going to happen. Likely end or stay the suit.

I'll maybe try and different device and browser - I've been hitting the Register of Actions site... and get instant "down for maintenance" splash pages, for days !!

Yeah - this thing, the judge MUST stop/stay it... as the DOJ indictment literally has "claw back and asset recovery" stipulated in the complaint as does The SEC. FED overrides aka TRUMP CARDS...any local or lower court(s)...always...FED action must play-out now before anything can be touched by a lower district court.

OPTI... "shares of stock" AND... "the public traded penny shell itself" (even shitty dirty penny shells often still fetch $100K or whatever nowadays to be used as pump and dump vessels of course !) ....all are 100% "assets"...and must be treated as such by The Court and The Receiver.....and all "assets" now per the FED indictment...are fair game for restitution and claw back etc..

The FED case - they take literally a YEAR ultra ultra low side miracle territory to resolve and plea-out etc.... and more like 2+ YEARS...even 3 or 4 years I've seen many times.... until final resolution.

THIS POS OPTI....ain't going anywhere - and certainly not some bullshit "NEW AI SCAM dunn gonna make us rich and start a tradin agains".. and back to a pump and dump.

WTF are these dupes imagining - the ticker was the center of one of the largest OTC gutter ticker busts of the past 20+ years LOL !!!

That's temporary....but into March...then...100% guarantee it will be SLAMMED SHUT....

Key point there...IT DOES NOT INVOLVE A SCAM TICKER such as OPTI.... named in the DOJ-FBI complaint !!! AND....RB CAPITAL is the plaintiff in San Diego.....now a criminally charged firm....for Securities Fraud....and... "asset freeze"... of ALL tickers named in the indictment......

OPTI is DOA...KIA....done.....!!!
