Good Morning welcome to OTCID and call them and request them to un freeze the funds for non marginal stocks and remind them how long you been a customer.

I have a Schwab account. I don’t know when you transferred the funds but it takes longer for it to be available to buy penny stocks. For example I deposited funds on 2/12 and can trade with no restrictions with those funds on 2/19.

Crazy. My advice is switch to Fidelity. Go $VMST
