With the O/S so high they will have to R/S to get to that price. I don't see 5.6 billion x $3.00 using a PE of 20 do you? Let's say they buy it down to 1 billion shares (not likely) do you see $500,000,000.00 (using the same PE of 20)? That math won't work. Until we get down in share count we will most likely stay where we are.

I think Nasdaq is a ways a away and I think they company is aware of that, but they are looking to go to a higher exchange which is good, so we begin with audited financials, so let see what happens between now and the 15th.
