No IMPLICATION - just saying straight up that some folks see a grand plan of diabolical expansion behind every event - sometimes a company just needs working capital and isn't in a great position to get a good deal. Do I think a JV will happen? Yes, eventually, but as the saying goes "many a slip twixt the cup and the lip" so nothing is guaranteed. Just in general too many fanboys who don't understand there is a lot of risk in any company trading for 13.6 cents per share
