Sure, I'm watching that one as well. Between FDMT, RGNX/ABBV, and ADVM/LLY there should be at least one and possibly three gene therapy products on the market.
The other approaches are IVI, with ABBV also in trials using SC. Those all have some degree of steroid burden for up to ~16 weeks after the treatment.
