I sent OTCID request and instructions to Investor Relations at [e-mail].

Thank you for all the great innovative work you are doing to build a competitive Nasdaq company. Your shareholders appreciate it and are looking forward to the rollout of the new products and platforms described in the quarterly reports.

You may not be aware that VMST was downlisted from OTCID Basic Market to Pink Limited back in December. Apparently, the company profile needs to be re-verified every 6 months to retain the OTCID tier.

It looks like it's a simple process to restore us back to OTCID:

1) Log into https://www.otciq.com/home.

2) Look through all the information and make any updates you desire.

3) Confirm that the transfer agent has updated the Outstanding Shares. This should be automatic with the Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program (TAVSP).

4) Then click the final VERIFY or SUBMIT button.

The OTCID tier should be restored within 24 to 48 hours.
