Maybe the third party accountants have too much of a workload regarding other corporate transactions and need to finish those before they get to this company? Who knows... the way they word things leaves it open for interpretation. It doesn't specifically say breakthrough chemistries corporate transactions.
That's just the way I have to think about things regarding this company. It's been years and everything they've said and done has resulted so far in not much at all. But I'm sure someone will run to their defense in the next few posts.
