Well you might notice that I did not say they were a “sure conversion”…so you are putting words in my mouth to try make debate me.
But the irony is…and it’s quite funny…the remaining Pref C STILL has that conversion potential I stated in that post.
Difference now is they are not enough of the Propco Units to clear the Pref C….even if they completely stripped the WSCG interest from HMBL to the pref C.
