Jimbo yes it is financial reporting season but don’t be looking for that yet.
Last year this time 3-31-2025 notification of late filing was filed.
The Annual report was eventually filed 4-23-2025

The year before that the Annual Report was filed
4-14-2024

And late again 4-14-2023

Kind of wish they surprise us and get it done early this year.

Don't forget they're hiding behind Alternate Reporting until further notice meaning every 6 months. Just saying don't hold your breath just yet.
