Ameerex has reported they've signed a Definitive Agreement for the Acquisition of the Corcoran Canyon 45.6 Million Ounce Silver Project. That's swell, but why didn't that move the share price much? Skepticism? Nobody paying attention? OK, there's only been 5 hours of trading following that announcement, but still...

And why wouldn't they provide the details of the definitive agreement? I've done a bunch of DA's with publicly-listed junior explorers/miners and don't recall any we've announced that didn't provide all the agreement details (vendor, prices, terms, etc). I know this is the OTC, but a skimpy announcement like that wouldn't fly on the TSX or ASX where NI43-101 and JORC compliance rule. And you can't call it a 45.6 Moz resource without some qualification in the compliant world, like cut-off grades, how much in Measured, Indicated, Inferred categories, ave resource grades etc. That's amateurish. Or deceptive.

If Ameerex want to be taken seriously and court serious investors outside of the Sheik's immediate circle of drinking buddies, perhaps they should start acting like a legitimate, serious, responsible, compliant junior resource company? Surely they can hire someone who knows the rules of the game. Or is the intention to be entirely reliant on private Qatari Rial and damn the public investors...?

I've done ZERO damage to this POS...In fact, it was >>down -29.4%<< between 2/3/26 and 2/12/26.

Then on Friday 2/13/26 I made my FIRST posts about HIRU's secretary Roxanna Green and her longtime BFF/ crony Dorliss Bright--the 82 year old ''consultant'' and owner of 7% [nearly 1/2 BILLION shares] of the O/S-- and yet HIRU closed UP +3.1% after hitting 0.0078 intraday and on the heaviest volume during that time frame. If anything maybe my ''insanity'' helped stopped this implosion which was down or neutral 6 of those days vs 2 UP before my first comment. https://investorshub.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/hiru-id-HIRU/historical

I fail to see how my critical DD --gleaned from public sources-- and my personal opinions are so consequential, damaging and threatening that the bleeding stopped.

Also, imagine my shock at learning that criticism and questioning of management is considered off topic by you and others on this board...public insults and private threats notwithstanding.

IMO if this management PROVES it is ethical, well and truly rids the ticker of ALL its' old crooked cronies and liabilities and actually does what it claims it will surely it will be a screaming buy at 0.01, 0.10, or 1.00...correct? Until then, I'll wait and see. Too many red flags and uncertainties right now for me.

Yes, dbob has been consistently correct all along and those of us that have been here for a while have been tracking his record.

Some idiots show up for a couple of days and blast the board with a load of irrelevant BS. Let's see how many are still here after this blows past a penny.
