Hi HGilS,  Nasrat was never 100% on M&A.  He said it was the preferred outcome. He also mentioned preparing for up listing if necessary.

NH was 100% M or A last time, what happened~?
Maybe he isn't getting the value he thought he would get. Everybody wants something for nothing.
At least he does have some leverage here. You don't want want I have at what I feel is a fair price per share~? Then we will up list.

Meanwhile MMs continue playing games, right~?
