Why do you refer to it as investigations on this stock, the investigation would be into NITE and naked shorting practices which is illegal, I don't get your concern? What if they were found guilty and fined and were forced to cover and then PMCL had recourse to sue NITE.
thx for sharing ur thoughts. CKYS was different..it wasn't related to email scam:-) I am expecting a few companies to come out better coz of this list.
