Obviously I have no idea what the person you asked would/will answer, but I'll take a piece of it:
IMO they may file a Form 10 but I doubt that they will and if they do I doubt that they will resolve all of the SEC's questions to the Commissions satisfaction. It requires 2 years of audited financials and there's been no indication that they have addressed either the payment situation with their auditor or taken steps to find a new one.
