They should be countersuing the worker and the contractor for allowing someone with a sub 80 IQ onto the site. Seems like extreme negligence to park a gas powered vehicle 5 ft from a gas pipeline while it's undergoing a live test WITH gas. And how is that one man is allowed to stay on-site alone during the test?
