All now worthless shares since GVSI will never be able to get a corporate action ever approved/processed by the SEC and FINRA.
That's the whole point of GVSI's FINRA issued Notice of Deficiency and the SEC restriction on corporate actions because of the missing financials from 2008 - 2013 - and the Commission reaffirmed the delinquency.
All your shares are nos worthless but knowing that, it isn't stopping you from spreading lies so you can try to unload.
Look at the chart and volume. Nobody wants to buy this heaping pile of regulatory problems. Sharp was just too stupid to do proper due diligence with GVSI and now he has an unauditable and restricted worthless shell.
So explain to the board (we know you won't because all you offer are empty pumps and lies - you can never ague the facts)...
With a current FINRA Notice of Deficiency and a current SEC restriction on any GVSI corporate actions because of its missing financials from 2008 - 2013 (which Sharp tried twice to audit but was never able to even after several discussions with the SEC) that even Sharp had to admit was the reason it couldn't get GVSI's name change corporate action approval/processed...
So tell us - how will either Sharp or your fictional "new owner" get GVSI audited and SEC registered for a merger if Sharp tried twice with two different accountants and couldn't?
So much so that Sharp has let it go into default and abandoned it.
Over the last 3+ years I have spent over $350,000 from my own pocket to keep $SRNW $GVSI and $WNFT current and a going concern. Finding legitimate deals to vend into these tickers has proven to be a challenge for various reasons, including false statements made by individuals. Specifically, one individual, who falsely and retributively claimed--as he has since admitted on the record--that I received $45,000,000 of HUMBL stock for $5,000 and then dumped those shares into the market. This has brought the subject of my integrity into question. Indeed, this statement has brought the integrity of the entire OTC market into question. While I continue to entertain legitimate endeavors for these tickers, I can no longer justify supporting these companies with my own money. As such, I will allow these companies to go into default.... I seek Safe Harbor.
I had hope to start $GVSI as an SEC reporter, but after over a year of having two accounting firms work on it & discussions with the SEC, I begrudgingly agreed that I would not be able to get the books audited. 6:54 AM · Feb 7, 2023, 24.6K
Our attorneys & auditors have concluded that it is impossible to audit $GVSI due to past corporate mismanagement of records/actions. Therefore, we are abandoning efforts to become an SEC reporter & are preparing an application for OTCIQ access to be filed with OTCM within 60 days 7:28 AM · Jun 30, 2022
Here, the filing of the Form 15 did not absolve GVSI of it's delinquency. Nor does making the company Pink Current, as was accomplished during 2023. While the company is in good standing with OTC Markets, in the eyes of the SEC and FINRA, GVSI remains a delinquent reporter. FINRA will not process any corporate action such as a name change, symbol change or reverse (or forward) split while an issuer is deemed delinquent in its reporting requirements.
FINRA's deficiency determination and the Commission's affirmation of FINRA's deficiency determination would have the collateral consequence of preventing GVSI from ever conducting future corporate actions.
The Commission eventualy did affirm FINRA's deficiency determination "preventing GVSI from ever conducting future corporate actions."
Yet you're trying to convince the board that either Sharp will get this current or that a new owner will buy this shell and all the regulatory problems will magically go away. That was your (and many others) argument when Sharp took over. That all problems would magically dissappear and here we are - still with all the same mountain of regulatory problems that can't be solved and this scam continues (but can't for much longer). GVSI will never be able to get a merger corporate action (or qnything else) ever approved.
The Company’s many shareholders have essentially all lost their investment in the Company.
So show us Mr. self-proclaimed "expert trader" - how will this supposed "new owner" get GVSI audited, SEC registered and reporting?
We know you won't because you can't. All you post is pumping bullshit (even now when GVSI is on life support about to go permanently into expert market now that Sharp has abandoned it and allowed it to go into default).
GVSI is a worthless shell irrespective of who the owner is.
And nobody wants to buy your now worthless shares. You are judt trying to give manipulative false hope.
But keep pumping this garbage.
Like I've been saying for years - believe Lime Time at your financial peril.
But we've all seen Lime Times lies, manipulative and deceptive posts and pump and dumps. Here are just a few examples:
And let's not forget you libelous EVLI lies for a whole year (actually longer than that) to crash the price in order to get $100 worth of cheap shares:
So you were consistently lying and deceiving people for a whole year. Got it.
Only about 700,000 shares traded for the whole year before the CEO filed the new financials to get EVLI current.
That's about $100's worth of stock.
A full year of constant lies for $100 worth of stock. Consistently libeling the company, deceiving and lying for a year to buy $100 worth of cheap shares - that speaks volumes about you.
Some people aren't morally bankrupt and feel the compulsion to lie, distort and mislead others for over a year in order to buy cheap shares.
If that's "how you trade this" then you are right - I don't know how to lie and deceive to trade that way but I'm still showing strong returns without having to lower myself by using deception and lies.
Not to mention having the compulsion to berate me for over a year simply because I thought EVLI had good prospects.
So you did buy $100 worth @.0001. WOW! Mr. Big Spender. I can guarantee you I've already made way more than you just made from my purchase of millions and millions of shares two years ago...and they are all long term capital gains (as opposed to you).
So you admitted to compulsively lying for over a year. All people have to do is look at your compulsive lying posts for the past year to accumulate $100 worth of stock.
They can also look at your posting history to see your dismal stock picks and advice which have cost people to lose massive amounts of money in your past pump and dumps.
This has no TA. Expert Market. This is abandoned, like he claimed GVSI was abandoned, but that one is far from abandoned. This stock will be a FINRA Delete soon.
GVSI is in default and Sharp has said he is not spending any more money on that regulatory nightmare of a stock. Sharp also abandoned filing financial statements (or anything else) for that delinquent disaster.
lol I'm so glad I didn't listen to one specific individual that stated over and over again and pumped this stock 10 times a day saying that this will be a better pick than GVSI.
It sure turned out that way. Look at how much EVLI has gone up and then compare it to how much GVSI has plummeted in price the past two years.
Not quite. I'm up huge with the millions and millions of shares I bought two years ago (the ones you ridiculed). My account has gone up exponentially (all long-term capital gains as opposed to you). It was well worth the wait and this is only the beginning for this stock.
I'm waiting for another good entry point (and unlike you I haven't sold a share) and it won't be for a measly $100.
Luck? What if "old Lockjaw" never became the custodian? Same goes for EVLI. Luck not involved? Are you saying that every and all tickers which might tank to .0001, .000001 and/or "No Bid" will, someday, positively, get a custodian to take it over or the CEO, eventually, will, positively, do something with the ticker? Well, if so, and no luck involved, then why not buy each and every one of these:
I checked a few and they are currently at .0001 and .00001 (don't know for how long however). Indeed, why not buy them all up? 🤷
Frankly, you and a few others made INCORRECT predictions here after "ole Lockjaw" became the custodian/CEO. Like about how this was soon going to be on the FINRA "Daily List" and, according to another, the "...simple name change and ticker symbol change is on track since Sharp has cleaned up GVSI." Oops. 🙄 Seems to me you lot didn't know as much as you give yourself credit for. And as far as that HOOT guy, he hasn't posted to iHub since 4/7/25. How wrong was he? 🤦

Luck plays a substantial, often underappreciated role in the stock market, particularly in the short term, where random events and volatility frequently dictate outcomes. While skill, research, and strategy drive long-term performance, even top investors acknowledge that timing and luck significantly impact results.
