Probably none of those are AI, but likely all of them have been altered in a photo app. The alterations would be contrast, sharpening, focus, and all sorts of filters to improve the overall image. Hardly ever would they alter the subject itself representative wise.
Lots of the filters in photo manipulation programs would be the same you can set in the modern camera itself during the shoot. You just bring them in if you didn't catch what you wanted.
Is this cheating? It's debatable. If you missed on your exposure setting at the time for the background, you can lighten it up in post to match what was visible at the moment. The ones that are heavily manipulated are star images.
Thing is today one can eliminate subjects perfectly from digitals and that's why it's hard to trust what we see on the internet.
