Upper $12s with RSI now in the low 40s. Just need to break through the downtrend line (pretty much the 9 day MA on daily) for confirmation. 👍️

When the DOW reaches a major new level it's usually a good sign for the overall market.. with DOW 10,000 being the only exception.
