The timeline here OneMindNG had the platform already tested with Dell. OneMindNG needed MTi Mingothings to get it operational in a fast growing technology service company that needed the platform. Aerodyne Group needed that platform and needed MTi Mingothings to get the systems working together. All 3 companies needed what each other had to become a global leader in a high tech field.
MTi is the software brain; Aerodyne is the operational body. Together, they form a complete smart-city solution neither could deliver alone.
