an OTC scam doing a reverse split to uplist to Nasdaq provoking a share price pump to dilute is still a scam.

Companies who have uplisted to a bigger exchange without doing a sizable reverse split is next to none. It is a blatantly corrupt arena, where most are pump and dump scams. Staying in long term with any of the OTC's, is near the kiss of death. How it goes so unregulated is beyond ridiculous, especially when it is common knowledge that laws are being broken on a weekly basis.
