You can't even comprehend what I'm inquiring about. It is NOT about what the defendant knows , or can do. It is about what AABB can do, oor not. The defendant's will not provide Level III in discovery.
As usual, you try to show that you are ,somehow, inciteful, but again, and again, you are not.
