They are going to have to make a definitive ruling soon. The Haitians aren't the only group that are arguing their TPS status. Venezuela, Honduras, Nepal, and Nicaragua are also all mixed up in this.
We also have to see if Trump defies the court again and ICE starts harassing people in Ohio. The majority of Haitian TPS holders are in Florida but they won't touch them.
