Kiwi you need to be on UNCY's board steering all this. But as many of us here have voiced concern over the proficiency of management I do have a question concerning one item you posted:

This is important .
UNCY needs to present at any and every major Renal conference they can between now and June 29th .
Theres a story I have about approval of a serum potassium drug ..Veltassa ...which in brief ....I owned Co RLYP , Valtessa was approved but wife wasn't prescribing it . I asked why not ...her answer " Head of Dept hasn't OK'd it "
Head of Dept goes to conference ...does a big deep dive into Veltessa with RLYP chief medical officer ...comes back as says ..."OK start prescribing it "
It was like a light was switched on

Ok so here is the question related to the quote. UNCY needs to present at any and every Renal conference between now and June 29th. Why? Because June 29th is when they expect to be granted approval for OLC. Now, last year at this time UNCY was expecting approval of OLC before the dreaded CRL came out. So my question is (in order to figure out whether this year they will carry out your edict that they should present everywhere) did UNCY present to every Renal conference LAST year while expecting OLC approval but before they got the CRL? If they did not do this last year, what confidence do we have that they will do so now? AND why is it in so many companies, that posters (like yourself and others) know more how to operate the business than these moocher managements?

I’ll text kgarner tomorrow regarding getting csl into clinic prior to June….but not technically fda approved is that legal to do….could open up lawsuits against them?
