Citing another of MK's many lies (this one regarding the failed initial human trial in India) doesn't change the fact that upon reviewing the results, both India and FDA didn't authorize continued trials. Either the study was a failure or the Indian authorities realized, like the FDA, that the proper pre-clinical animal work was never done or they're waiting for facilitation payments. Take your pick. Either way, Radiogel is dead in the water globally.
By all appearances Radiogel is snake oil and RDGL is a scam to fund MK's perpetual vacation. Pity the fool who buys RDGL offerings
