They have no dead line to cover the shorts. That number is based on the short shares reported and average volume per day. You divide the short share count by the average volume and that is how many days to cover.
FWIW I looked up the reported shorts on pinksheets.com and it was nothing almost last month.
can you please tell me where you read the number 13 days from? you meant they have 13 days from now to get the shares back or 5 more days from now to get the shares back. we are on the 8th day on the reg sho list already.
