So it's a very complicated process to prep the application and often requires direct communication with the FDA from what I read. They actually did it in a compressed time frame. I can imagine how angry you'd be if they'd rushed this and screwed up a minor detail and the submission had been rejected. All that matters now is it finally gets approved in June. I'm not one to predict day to day trading but I suspect we'll stabilize between $6.00-7.00 very soon. The wise trading strategy would have been to sell the news and be buying back at these levels, no I didn't employ that. I wish I had.
They need to be very certain their subcontractor is making the corrections the FDA wants . From what I could gather it looked as tho there was some variance in the tablets being produced. This may have required new machinery to be purchased , installed and tested . Their subcontractor probably leaned on UNCY for some cash or compensation in some form for this ...just WAG . JMO Kiwi
