Personally, I am holding my shares. Maybe I'll take the tax loss this coming December if there's no progress. But no reason to wipe them out of my account at this time.
So, Mark did stand by his word on the loan.
But he also gutted MIKP of all the IP the company had when I was buying shares in it. And as far as I can tell, he doesn't view that as being wrong. He owned the voting shares, so he had the power to do it, I guess. I am not sure he fulfilled his fiduciary responsibility to his shareholders when he voted himself all the company's best assets. Oh, well. This is the penny stocks.
But regardless of all that, maybe this ticker will eventually be resurrected. By doing so, Mark would help himself and help to right what I believe was a significant wrong that he did us.
