Isn’t it possible that lender could be part of the whole charade and it’s just a big merry go round.

Why is this CEO making the salary he is for running as you call it a shell.

There is no business model
There is no product or service being sold or offered.

It’s simply a game. Meet the SEC requirements with all the filings and sit back and draw a paycheck.
