If you think that's bad, I have shares that are " not held" meaning I have shares. The company authorized but hasn't issued. Kinda strange eh? Maybe my brokerage is trying to screw me eh? They tell me where ever I sell them they can be takin by the broker az high as they wanna sell them. Someone trying to get rich without ever paying a penny or waiting at all. Holy shnikeys batman.
