They made it sound like they would consider offers for the properties/claims that GNCP has. If so, and they get cash (which they are insistent upon), they would close up GNCP and issue a liquidating dividend to shareholders. PDIV would then get 49% of the distribution and shareholders the rest. PDIV would remain alive and use the cash to further their business interests.
It seems to me that PDIV is interested in remaining active with the uranium claims, and is interested in divesting of the silver and gold claims.
Just conjecture on my part. DiamondGuru-One would have a better feel for this than myself.
