The company is saying they are not selling, they are Koreans and quite frankly ashamed of th pps. If you watch trades closely, buys at the ask are immediately met with small 100 share sells to the bid. I put in a buy at .033 yesterday, it was overlooked and shares were posting at .03?? I then changed my buy to .032, and they were filling me partials at .031 then dropped the ASK to .029?? There have been numerous mirror trades as well. I could see if somebody was selling at 2.50, 2.00, 1 dollar, .90 as of two weeks ago,,but the company selling here at 2 cents. I read only 15 million shares traded from 2.50 down to 4 cents, we've seen 10 times that volume in the past week and coincidently PMCL is now on the reg sho list. It makes more sense this was shorted from inception from 2.50, as well accumulation has been noted on the other end.
I suppose we all have our theories.
