I think we bounce around for a couple of days and go above .01 next week for good. I'm looking for .03 Before the next piece of good news, which should send us to .05+. It's just a matter of being patient.

What has changed in the last 12 months?  You guys thought they had the lease the whole time.  
Of course you ignored what we were telling you.  
But let's celebrate the lease you though they had a year ago? 
Also... this is gonna be a very long process for anything to happen.   Then you need the funding...
