LOL Steve. So you added an extra battery to the RIO. WOOT WOOT 🤣

I bet your engineers had to explain to you why the RIO works at night with solar panels also? 🤣

You also have engineers smart enough to know that solar panels STILL work with cloud cover, RIGHT? 😏

SELL THOSE SHARES! DILUTE, DILUTE, DILUTE! 🤢

"Outdoor security infrastructure does not get to choose its operating conditions," said Steve Reinharz, CEO/CTO and founder of AITX and RAD. "RIO was engineered with the assumption that sunlight would be limited, weather would be hostile, and conditions would persist longer than expected. What we are seeing during this winter storm cycle is not RIO exceeding its design; it is RIO performing exactly as intended. This is the result of systems engineering decisions made years ago, not short-term optimization for ideal environments."

Hey Chat G P T:

In a penny stock a toxic funder buys shares at a 20 % discount and can resell them, correct?

Yes — that’s essentially correct, and it’s why these arrangements are called toxic or death-spiral financing

Here’s how it typically works in penny stocks:

The funder provides cash (often via convertible debt, notes, or preferred shares).

They are allowed to convert into common shares at a discount to the market price — 20% is very common (sometimes 10–30%).

The conversion price is often based on a look-back period (e.g., the lowest closing price in the last 5–10 days).

What the funder does next

After converting, the funder immediately resells the shares into the open market.

Because they bought at a discount, they can:

Sell below the current market price

Still make a profit

This selling pressure pushes the stock price down.

Why it’s toxic to shareholders

As the price falls, more shares must be issued to satisfy future conversions.

This causes:

Severe dilution

Price collapse

A cycle where the funder profits while retail shareholders lose

Well hello .0004's 🤣🤣🤣

People said I was CRAZY to suggest there would ever be .0004's

Well there they are as Steve has continued to run this into the ground with no regard to current shareholders.

Steve will reverse split again, start with a whole new set of BELIEVERS and run it back down to ZERO, IMHO.

It's a share selling scheme run by a typical penny stock CEO!
