Interesting points but I'm not sure that it works that way. Mods and members can tag anyone on free stock boards. That means the post will be tagged sometimes by more than one person. If it is indeed a personal attack, I'm assuming admin will still remove it like they do now. Perhaps even quicker because AI will alert admin that much sooner.
What they basically did was take away deletion abilities from members themselves. The importance and function of a board mod will be borne out in time.
