Main reasons as disclosed by unpaid mill operator:
a) Main electrical variable frequency drive for tumbler was repossessed/stolen
b) 10 supersacks from Fran received at Bishop mill showed suspected traces of gold chloride, a form of gold that could be used in « salting » raw ore to crate the illusion of rich gold content. The unpaid worker apparently complained to authorities about alleged mining fraud. So JarHead did not want the sacks to be milled
