They would’ve done 1 to 100 if they felt that’s what was needed. Apparently a three dollar conversion is sufficient. They must feel there’s room for it to run to $5+.

Looks like it's closer to $2-$3 a share to uplist to NYSE American. We've heard management talk about that over NASDAQ on calls.
